Very professional and helpful
1st visit by Lynne very impressed
Thank you, I am glad it was a positive experience for you. Please let me know if I can help again.
The nurse was very good she maid me Chang my stormer and gave me very good advice on what I did I was very pleased with her professional care to every thing
Lynn is always ready to listen, Lynn offers advice on many aspects of urostomy care and in my case Lynn was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in the advice she offered regarding my fistula, expert advice as always. I’m what’s called a
“. A bit of a complicated case’ This didn’t phase Lynn 1 bit. She offered me on the spot advice and helped me to apply 2 bags (Complicated) and also added items to my prescription to make life a bit easier for me. Lynn truly cares for her service users and treats me as I’m sure all patients she sees with respect and understanding especially when patients ie: me are upset and frustrated. I always feel at ease after either a chat to Lynn over the phone or face to face. In my opinion Lynn is a huge asset to the team. It’s a pity there arnt 100 Lynn’s to turn to when you need her the most I have the highest regard for this lovely lady, and always look forward to her visits.
With the best Regards
Debz Poppitt.
